GSM Cell Phone Mobile Remote Power Switch Controller
The GSM-AUTO is a wireless GSM remote control
power electric switch control that connects to the GSM mobile cell phone network.
It is activated by calling its mobile cell phone number,
it will reject the call without answering and switch on the device connected to
it.
Your mobile cell phone becomes your remote
control. You will be able to open barriers and doors with your mobile cell phone,
switch on heating, lighting, cooling etc. Just dial from authorized user number and the barrier and doors are
opened, heating switch on, computer powered up, or any electrical device
switched on or off. There are no call costs; the device only accepts calls from authorized
telephone numbers .
GSM-AUTO is a straightforward device which can be
used for authorized door access, controlling gates, switching remote equipments,
car parking systems, activate/deactivate alarm systems etc.
The GSM-AUTO can be used in all places which
require ON/OFF switching action where a mobile cell phone signal is available. An
external antenna can be added for area of poor signal
You can schedule remote
systems from a PC using SMS Software, eg switch on or off heating systems at

With a "pay as you go" SIM card in the GSM-AUTO
network cost is almost zero, as it never needs to make call. (Only occasionally
to keep the SIM card active.)

It has 2 independent switches, these can be
programmed to switch on for a pre-determined length of time whenever the GSM-AUTO
is called, alternatively the switches can be permanently switched on or off by
sending the GSM-AUTO a sms text message

Example Application:
Switch on Central Heating away from home.
Simply wire Relay 1/C and Relay 1/NO
in parallel with the heating programmer.
Send the GSM-AUTO a simple text
message the set the relay to switch on for say 2 hours. You only have to
do this once.
When away from home, switch off the
central heating. The GSM-AUTO will override the programmer.
When you a less than 2 hours from
home, call the GSM-AUTO to switch on your heating.
When you arrive to a warm home turn on
the heating in the usual way. There is no need to cancel the GSM-AUTO |

Yes and no, the GSM-AUTO can work in open access mode whereby it will
respond to any call made to it, or secure access mode when it will only respond
to authorised numbers
What are the call costs?
The GSM-AUTO uses the cell phone network and the same as a cell phone
it has a SIM card, when you call the GSM-AUTO it rejects the call without
answering and switches on the device connected to it so there are no call costs
incurred. When the GSM-AUTO is initially programmed it sends a confirmation SMS text message and this will be charged at your network operators rate.
Do I have to use a cell
phone to activate the GSM-AUTO?
No it can be activated using a landline
