ON ACCOUNT ORDERS: are accepted from approved account holders. Contact us to open an account. Orders from government departments and agencies accepted immediately. Roalan is a member of Electronic Invoicing OB10 http://www.ob10.com/Country/UK/ . Our number is AAA127788735. PRICES: do not include VAT. VAT will be added to all orders delivered in the UK. EU (except UK) customers that supply a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT. There is no VAT (tax) on orders shipped to the rest of the world. Outside the EU: duty, local taxes and customs clearance charges may be made by the carrier. RESELLERS AND QUANTITY ORDERS: Please contact us for your best price. SHIPPING: Most products are stock items and will be shipped on the day ordered provided it is before the “cut off time” of 4:30pm for UK deliveries and 2:00pm for exports. If this is not possible we will inform you within 24 hours. An alternative product may be offered. Your agreement is required to accept the alternative product. Shipping charges will not be refunded due to delivery delays beyond our control (bad weather etc). You can bill carriage to your own account with: UPS, Federal Express or DHL. Airmail Royal Mail state: We aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. WARRANTY: Warranty periods are from one to five years. The product must be returned in an “as new condition”. You should obtain Proof of Delivery. A full refund does not include any duties or taxes that may have been paid.
