ON ACCOUNT ORDERS: are accepted from approved account holders. Contact us to open an account. Orders from government departments and agencies accepted immediately. Roalan is a member of Electronic Invoicing OB¹⁰http://www.ob10.com/Country/UK/ . Our number is AAA127788735.

PRICES: do not include VAT. VAT will be added to all orders delivered in the UK. EU (except UK) customers that supply a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT. There is no VAT (tax) on orders shipped to the rest of the world.

RESELLERS AND QUANTITY ORDERS: Please contact us for your best price.

SHIPPING: Most products are stock items and will be shipped on the day ordered provided it is before the “cut off time” of 4:30pm for UK deliveries and 2:00pm for exports. If this is not possible we will inform you within 24 hours. An alternative product may be offered. Your agreement is required to accept the alternative product. Shipping charges will not be refunded due to delivery delays beyond our control (bad weather etc). You can bill carriage to your own account with: UPS, Federal Express or DHL. Should you not pay your carrier's invoice and we are charged, we will bill this amount to you.

NON-DELIVERY must be reported with 10 working days of dispatch date. Refunds cannot be given if non-delivery is not reported within 10 days.

Airmail Royal Mail state: We aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five.

WARRANTY: Warranty periods are from one to five years.

RETURN POLICY: If the product does not perform in your application please contact our Technical Support help0708@roalan.com If we are unable to fix the problem within fifteen working days you may return it for a full refund. The product must be returned in an “as new condition”. You should obtain Proof of Delivery. A full refund does not include any duties or taxes that may have been paid. Nor does it include any currency exchange variations that may occur. Goods have to be returned at your expense. We reserve the right to charge businesses a restocking fee. Private buyers (consumers) in the EU are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations. The Regulations provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel of seven working days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods.

Product Disposal instructions
The following applies to EU customers only. Other countries should obey local laws.

The symbol shown here and on the product means that the product is classed as Electrical or Electronic Equipment and should not be disposed with other household or commercial waste at the end of its working life.

The Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive (2002/96/EC) has been put in place to recycle products using the best available recovery and recycling techniques to minimize the impact on the environment, treat any hazardous substances and avoid the increasing landfill.

Internal computer cards and components: These should be left in the computer for disposal. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the computer or the manufacturer of the replacement computer to arrange collection and safe disposal. For components removed from a working computer, see other products.

Other Products: Final owners of products in the UK originally sold by Roalan Ltd should contact us to arrange collection and safe disposal. Owners of Roalan supplied equipment in other counties should contact their local environmental agency for advise.
